Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension

• SAP is required!

• This position will provide customer service for Retail Operation’s customers and mail order team.

• Assist with special orders, projects, and general warehouse, shipping, and packing operations as needed.


• High School diploma and technical college experience (2 Years)

• Customer Service experience - 2 years

• Computer knowledge/skills of main frame experience, SAP preferred.

• Customer communication skills needed.

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software.

• Must have the ability to learn specific job related software solutions.

• Read, write, and speak English clearly

• Ability to effectively assist customers

• Ability to represent the Wilbur brand and company Cocoa & Chocolate ethically and at a high quality level

• Work in a fast paced environment

• Work with a diverse team

• Demonstrate dependability, positive attitude, and solid level of professionalism

• Work additional hours and Saturdays as needed

• Lift up to 30 lb. (on a limited basis);

• Occasionally bend, twist, and move quickly as needed within safety guidelines

• Write neatly and legibly

• Exhibit good organizational skills

Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or better (Tech. college) ; ability to sit and/or stand for 8 hours; ability to read, write and speak English; ability to type while speaking with customer via phone; ability to work in a fast paced and diverse environment; Demonstrate dependability/willingness to work

Preferred Qualification:

• Prior call center/customer service experience.
