Develop, provide, and document Technical Training/s given to new trainees as required prior to employment and/or to existing employees to add or improve skills.
1. Prepares and develops training materials/modules based on the needs of the Company and/or the trainees.
2. Provides training through lectures, instructions, discussions, hands-on exercises, or assignments.
3. Monitors trainee performance and training effectiveness.
4. Provides feedback to trainees as to work/training performance.
5. Documents training plans, methods, modules, and results
6. Provides counseling with regards to performance and/or behavior affecting work/ training performance.
7. Communicates/Coordinates with other Departments regarding training needs and concerns.
8. Suggests methods on how to improve training.
9. Ensures completeness of training materials and maintenance of equipment.
10. Disseminates and enforces training regulations, guidelines, policies and procedures set by the Company and
models strong adherence to such.
11. Reports any form of irregularities to immediate superior for resolution.
12. Keeps up-to-date knowledge of client specifications.
13. Informs trainees of Production updates/adjustments.
14. Submits reports on special trainings as requested by Production Department.
With adequate experience as a trainer/teacher
Ability to use computer/Windows/MS Office
