It requires the administrator's position morally strong, stress the employee in the company.
Duties of administrator positions:
- Stress resistance;
- Proper attitude and good attitude to clients;
- Excellent knowledge of English language (speech, writing) is mandatory. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Ability to solve and fix the problem quickly with customers;
- Fast response to solve a difficult situation;
- Good knowledge of office and the ability to work with Microsoft documents, making the information in the database;
- Work with customer accounts, processing client base and translation management.
Work schedules can be daily or time shifts.
