Description:

Kelly Services is currently seeking a self-motivated, experienced, and highly organized Administrative Assistant with good judgment and excellent communication skills. This opportunity is for our client, one of the world’s leading innovative technology companies, in Research Triangle Park, NC.

The pay for this assignment is $17.50 - $19.50 per hour depending on experience. This is short term assignment tentatively starting in December 2016 and going through January 2017.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Act as proxy for communications and approvals as authorized.

• Answers general questions as necessary and refers (filters) routine matters to appropriate parties and follows up to ensure proper disposition.

• Takes initiative to resolve problems within specified policies and guidelines.

• Compile data for expense and statistical reports.

• Schedule travel, appointments and meetings.

• Coordinate space and office organization; maintaining paper and electronic files.

• Provide occasionally light project management support.

Skills & Experience:

• 5 years of professional experience required.

• Expert level knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Self-starter that require minimum no supervision; can handle a full desk with ease and thrive in a busy environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and clients.

• Generally determines own methods and procedures on new assignments, consulting with supervisor as appropriate.

• Strong team player who champions Improvements to lead the team to do more with less.

Terms of Assignment:

• A minimum of a High School diploma/equivalent.

• Fulltime: Monday – Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm.

• Short-term assignment with possible extensions depending on client’s business needs and candidate’s performance in position.
