• Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing and recruitment.

• Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.

• Making initial interview to applicants to obtain and verify information used to screen and evaluate them.

• Compile and prepare reports pertaining to qualified applicants.

• Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment

• Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies

• Manage all data and update data base of employees

• Prepare Employees Government Contribution, Loan Report and Payment

• Participate in recruitment efforts

• Compile and keep personnel records (201 File)

• Process Employees Permit

• Deal with employee request regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations

• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Department
