Project Management duties:
-Schedule and update project schedules
-Coordination of material deliveries
-Communicate with customers inregards to product delieveries
-Order or requisition materials and supplies
-Review and become knowledgeable of the project schedule in order to meet required timetables.
-Identify project changes that impact cost, schedule
-Bring to the immediate attention of the manager all changes
-Once a week, project meeting to submit report of project status
-Preparing product quotations from email requests or calls that come in
-Advising customers of deliveries and or following up on orders
-Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with all levels of personnel
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Outlook
Detail orientated with strong organizational, time management, problem solving, multitasking, and follow-through skills.

Recent college grads (engineer, architect, construction or similar) also welcome
