** Just heard from them and this is wide open. We need a candidate with thermoforming experience and some supervisory experience.

Position Title Thermoforming Supervisor - 2nd Shift - OH #3432

Relocation No

Location Middlefield OH

Job Duties:

* Ability to start-up and process the Thermoform line.

* Must be able to perform minor routine maintenance on equipment.

* Must be able to lead training effort of new employees.

* Must be able to accurately track and enter production numbers into Work Order system and verify shift production matches the induction report.

* Must be able to accurately complete shift paperwork: Shift Sheets, Temp Tickets etc.

* Maximize machine output while minimizing scrap.

* Must be lockout-tagout and forklift certified by the company.

* Must lead effort to complete safety, housekeeping and inventory tasks.

* Assist with performance reviews, plus other basic supervisory activities.

* Conduct meetings as necessary with shift personnel to keep everyone updated regarding performance and production issues.

* Support Policies and Programs including 5S and concept of working as a team.

* Must have own tools or acquire basic tools within 30 days of accepting this position.

Job Requirements:

* Excellent attendance record

* Must have a good working knowledge of the Production area

* Good interpersonal and coaching skills

* Must be willing to work any assigned shift

* Technical/Mechanical manufacturing experience required

* Prior Supervisory experience preferred
