Insurance Office Administrator

Our client, an established, highly respected insurance brokerage firm is looking for an Insurance Office Administrator to join their team in Chicago, IL as a full-time employee. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the insurance industry, with the potential to grow into a marketing, financial planning, or IT function. Responsibilities:

* Run periodic reports to ensure compliance with processes and procedures.

* Run meetings to ensure the timely completion of workflow.

* Train employees on the functions and protocols of the agency management systems ( Applied TAM, eTFile, and CSR24 ).

* Manage company inboxes to ensure effective workflow.

* Provide assistance in agency management systems to employees, as needed.

* Manage the Carrier Certifications distribution process.

* Update carrier information with internal data.

* Conduct regularly scheduled audits and follow up to ensure timely completion.

* Provide workflow suggestions to ensure KPI standards are met.

Required Qualifications :

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience working in an office environment.

* Experience working in an Insurance Brokerage firm preferably utilizing Applied TAM or similar insurance software.

* Microsoft Office skills ( Advanced Excel; Proficient Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

* Experience with reviewing database information for accuracy, and running database compliance reports.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and timeliness are must haves.

* Bachelor's Degree.
