The primary focus of the Business Analyst is to align with the Quality department to our Clients to help achieve business goals.

The individual in this role serves as the point-of-contact for the Quality function for enterprise management systems.

This individual is responsible for leading systems implementation and process improvement projects,gathering requirements,

testing system changes, and developing/maintaining the processes, tools, and data that support the Quality function.:

Job Responsibilities:

Perform analysis and diagnoses of business problems in the Quality department, gather requirements, design, select, test,

and implement enterprise applications and systems that meet requirements

Engage and interact with internal and external partners to deliver I.S. systems that support the quality function

Maintain technical specifications, test plans, and diagrams for the Quality Systems at Clients Company

Provide analytical support, perform research and development functions, and develop and maintain associated documentation

Recommend technology tools and applications for use on-site and company wide

Collaborate with peers on continuous improvement objectives

Oversee aspects of project lifecycle within the solution area

Conduct and coordinate integration and user acceptance testing

Train users & subject matter experts in functionality and usage

Qualification

Bachelor's degree is a must

10 or more years of prior implementation experience for quality management systems

Knowledge and experience with EtQ Reliance and/or delivery of Total Quality Management, Environmental Health &

Safety management,and compliance management initiatives within the Automotive or Industrial industries are a must

Knowledge and experience with PTC Windchill and Oracle EBS is preferred

Familiarity with elements of TS16949 and AIAG standards for the automotive industry

Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Quality metrics and reporting tools

Proficient in advanced functions of Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and advanced charting

Understanding of software development lifecycle process, including requirements gathering, analysis/design,

development of tools/technologies,release/version control, contemporary testing methods, and deployment management

Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills in conjunction with the ability to prioritize and handle special tasks

simultaneously

Ability to travel internationally up to 50%
