Location Woburn MA

Company provides software solutions and services for improving medical image interpretation and management in in clinical trials, screening programs and patient care, especially in oncology.

They are looking for an Administrative Assistant. Will be involved in providing general administrative support to a team of executives, managers and employees as well as handling all the administrative aspects at the Woburn facilities. Will have to ensure your duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Presentation of activities and main tasks linked to the job

o Position attached to Administration and HR team, under the supervision of the Head of Administration and Human Resources of the Group

o General administration:

1. Reception (switchboard, mail, UPS etc.)

2. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

3. Book travel arrangements

4. Reconcile expense reports and submit then to accounting

5. Manage office supplies

6. Assist in the preparation of reports

7. Provide executive level administrative support when required

Searched profile

o Education: Administration bachelor degree preferred

o Experience: Proven reception, admin and assistant experience

o Knowledge: Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

o Qualities : autonomous, self-directed individual, team spirit

o Skills:

1. Excellent time and management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

2. Attention to detail and problem solving skills

3. Strong organizational and planning skills

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Proficiency in MS Office
