In the Member Resource Coordinator role, we’re looking for an individual with the skills to be an exceptional business developer, account manager, and consultant to current and prospective members within a multi-state territory of community health centers and other non-profit human service organizations. The Member Resource Coordinator role at CommonWealth Purchasing Group (CPG) will work to meet new membership and contract participation goals, respond quickly to member inquiries and issues, work in partnership with a close-knit internal team, and collaborate with vendor partners to help form localized relationships among their account management teams, CPG, and members.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Have a strong ability to navigate, track, and follow up with ongoing opportunities while simultaneously developing and planning new opportunities.

• Meet with existing members to present business reviews and increase participation in CPG's vendor contracts

• Identify and schedule meetings with prospective members not currently enrolled in CPG.

• Effectively plan for, schedule, and route efficient business travel

• Oversee the business analysis process and delivery of completed cost analysis which aids members or prospects in their decision making.

• Complete the enrollment process of new members

• Grow and nurture relationships with existing members, vendors, and the stakeholders in the community health center industry.

The Member Resource Coordinator will participate in required coaching and orientation, training on best practices, organizational procedures and new business model processes. This individual must be open to regular travel within the United States. Travel will consist of site visits to prospective and current member organizations, as well as attending a variety of conferences and exhibitions.

The Member Resource Coordinator will be expected to learn and utilize consultative selling strategies, current direct marketing best practices, and customer relations management to convert prospects into CPG members and maintain a high level of satisfaction among current members.
