NEED: 2

• At least (1) year experience as a Quality Analyst in a BPO company is required

• Salesforce Experience preferred

• Experience handling Email and Chat support programs

• Back Office Experience

• Excellent written & oral communication skills

• College degree preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel

• Detailed-oriented

• Strong analytical skills

• Has exceptional motivational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently

• Has flexibility in terms of schedule

• Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance

• Team player

Salary Range: 24,000-27,000 (BASIC) + 1,250 allowance

2) JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

NEED: 4

• At least (1) year experience as Operations Supervisor in a BPO company is required

• Excellent written & oral communication skills

• College degree preferred

• Proficiency in working in a Windows-based computer environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Schedule flexibility

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong ability to multitask

• Ability to function in a fast paced environment.

• Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance

Salary package: P30, 000-P33, 000 (BASIC PAY) + 2,500 allowance

Location: BGC Taguig

3) JOB TITLE: TRAINER for Travel Account

NEED: 5

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least (1) year experience as a Trainer in a BPO company is required

• Excellent written & oral communication skills

• Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including MS PowerPoint and MS Word

• Exceptional motivational, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Demonstrated leadership skills

• Has the ability to speak in front of medium to large sized groups of people

• Ability to adjust to different schedules

• Team Player

• Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance

Location: BGC Taguig

Salary Package: P30, 000- P32, 000 (BASIC PAY) + 1,250 ALLOWANCE
