● College Graduate of any 4 yr course
● 7 plus years of experience as Quality Manager, managing 10 plus direct reports
● Six Sigma Certification & Experience (Greenbelt preferred), (Black Belt would be an advantage)
● Domain expertise Contact center Services, Tech Troubleshooting etc, Social Media Platform and
● Industry Experience Tech and IT companies, Social Media/Content Moderation background
● Highly organized, analytical, and process oriented
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills to interact with all levels of an organization
● Strong attention to details is required
● Coordination with multiple stakeholders at the sametime may be required
● Experience in using Google docs and drive is highly desirable
● Willing to work in BGC Taguig
● Willing to work in Shifting schedule, Grave yard, Holidays, Weekends
