• Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English)

• Excellent MS Office Skills (Excel & PPT is a must)

• Team Player & Ability to coach and provide feedback to Associates

• Able to run reports and Data Analytics

• Strong understanding of current QA framework being followed

• Able to provide recommendations to address operational issues and concerns

• Capable to providing suggestions to improve processes

• Strong knowledge on operations/service delivery and ability to manage critical situations with minimum supervision

• Willing to work in 24x7 environment, PH Holidays and graveyard shift

• Excellent Analytical & Coordination skills are essential.
