Cook: Prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Head Cook and/or Dietary Manager to assure that quality food services is provided at all times.

Dietary Aide: To assistance in all dietary functions as directed/instructed, in accordance with established policies and procedures of the facility.

Some duties may include:

• Prepare nourishments, juices

• Setup resident meal trays

• Assisting cook in food preparation, etc. as instructed

• Perform dishwashing/cleaning procedures

• Custodial duties as required
