Assist the Benefitwallet Team.

Document banking inquiries;

Process debit card pin requests; Distribute daily employer set-up documents; review incoming mail; process security challenge forms;

Heavy data entry; projects as needed; contact center investigations;

outbound calls to various clients.

Health & Welfare experience is highly desired; Benefits experience is highly desired.

Candidate needs to be detail oriented, reliable, self-motivated, team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision, excellent communication skills, excellent customer service skills.

Must have strong Accurate typing skills. Ideally 55WPM or faster (please provide typing scores on resume)
