Kelly Services is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk who is highly skilled, flexible and detail oriented. This opportunity is for one of the world’s leading innovative technology companies in Santa Clara Valley, CA.

This position starts November 2016 and goes through May 2017 with a possibility of an extension depending on client needs and performance. This position pays $21.00- $23.00 per hour based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage invoicing system; detailed review of invoices for accuracy, approve or reject ongoing supplier invoices

Respond to external billing inquiries and investigate any aging issues as needed

Perform detailed billing data analysis on invoiced Excel data to determine ROI and provide summary information to management; execute savings initiatives

Mergeing various data sets and pivot table work in Excel

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with managing external suppliers

Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and research skills with acute attention to detail and follow-through on tasks to completion adjusting to peaks, changes, and interruptions

Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Pivot tables, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasking environment.

Terms of Assignment:

High School diploma or equivalent

Full-time: Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

6 month assignment with possible extensions depending on client’s business needs and candidate’s performance in position
