Job Description:

The role will be to create & work with a database of clients that are a mixture of existing, dormant and new contacts and get involved in all aspects of the sales process including building and maintaining your own business pipeline selling IT Products and Services.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a Thorough Understanding of Celexsa’s Products & Services and the Objectives of Specific Campaigns.

• Prepare & Execute Strategy for Selling of Celexsa’s Products & Services.

• Collect Database to Target the Right Audience of the Products Assigned to Sell.

• Plan & Promote Products with Special Offers.

• Make Telephone Calls to Prospects & Promote Celexsa’s Products & Services.

• Send Mass Emails & Newsletters to Clients & Prospects.

• Visiting Clients for Projects Presentation & Promotion.

• Perform Search Engine Optimization & Social Media Optimization to Increase Traffic to Company Website.

• Perform Lead Generation via LinkedIn In-mails, Bidding for Projects in Freelance Websites and Listing of Celexsa’s Products in Software Selling Sites.

• Create Strategic Partnerships with Companies & Freelancers.

Detailed Candidate Requirements:

• Outbound Calling or Customer Service Experience.

• Excellent Communication Skills & Telephone Manners.

• Proven Track Record in Sales Environment.

• Good Attention to Detail.

• Computer Literate & Experience in Database Navigation.

• Ability to Write Detailed Follow-up Notes for Business Reporting.

• Mature Attitude with a Capability to Discuss Business Issues.

• Confident, Self-motivated & Target Driven.

• Friendly Personality & Team Player.

• Knowledge of the IT industry an Added Advantage.
