JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Order fulfillment and processing

-Handle customer request, feedback and complaints

-Build and maintain good rapport with customers

-Support Company events and activities

-Reception duties and phone calls

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Female, presentable, pleasant, good interpersonal skills

-At least 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar capacity

-Must have good communication skills

-Must be computer literate, knowledgeable in MS Applications

-Working hours Tue-Sat 10a.m-7p.m with occasional overtime

-Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City and/or BGC, Taguig
