Job Specifications

Will conduct market research and look for potential partners for the company

•Contact businesses by telephone / email in order to solicit sales by introducing products or services

•Identify the business to a sales lead

•Obtain names and telephone numbers of prospects from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations

•Nurture a marketing lead to a sales lead by developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with the prospects, and maintaining them over time

•Maintain records of contact information and marketing database

•Answer telephone calls from prospects who have been solicited through sales activities

•Responsible for establishing good relationships with clients

•Assigned to get client’s commitment in setting an appointment with the Business Development Team of the company


•Minimum 2 years of College / 2-yr vocational course (any course)

•Have at least 1 year international BPO experience

•Enjoy the challenge of telemarketing

•Can build relationships with potential clients and turn them into sales leads

•Excellent communication and analytical skills

•Excellent customer service skills and orientation

•Proficient in Microsoft office applications especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint

•Having a call center experience with outbound sales / upselling is a PLUS

•Amenable to work on graveyard shift (10pm – 8:30am) Mon – Fri. WEEKENDS OFF.

•Agreeable to be assigned in Paco, Manila

•Can work independently under minimum supervision

•Enjoy being part of a team in a busy environment
