Job Details

Staff recruitment, deployment and talent management group wide

Liaison with External Regulators & filing of returns for full compliance.

Maintenance of staff Discipline & compliance with Admin/HR rules.

Training, Scheduling & implementing Learning and Development Policy group-wide.

Total Facilities & Asset Management/Maintenance across the Group.

Provision of Business Support Services, office equipment maintenance & procurement.

Conduction of periodic Appraisals, Training Need Assessment, Staff & Management Training Programmes.

Manpower planning, staff incentive programs.

Update and implement existing Admin/HR policies and procedure.

Procurement, Vendor and Supply Chain Management.

Implementation of approved Admin/HR Policies & Advise to Management on best practices.

Maintenance of a standard filing system, staff & equipment database.

Design & update staff job descriptions group-wide.

Manage staff leave roster, job rotation.

HMO, Pension & PAYE Management.

Payroll Management & Administration group wide.

Minimum Qualification

Degree

Preferred Years of Experience

3 - 5 years
