JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports to the Operations Team Lead

Introduce and teach the English language to Japanese students, online, using prescribed textbooks

Implement the structured lesson management plans

Effectively provide quality learning experiences according to specified methodologies

Collaborate with the team projects to enforce quality standards across lessons

Actively participate in knowledge and skills development activities

Ensures department operates efficiently according to program and company measures and policies

Maintain understanding of program specific training.

Perform other related duties, as assigned

EDUCATION

Graduate of any 4 year course

EXPERIENCE

Related teaching/BPO experience is preferred

SKILLS and COMPETENCIES

Strong written and verbal (American accent) English communication skills

Basic computer skills

Has passion to teach

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to navigate computerized data entry system or relevant applications

Demonstrated effectiveness and ability to work independently regardless of distractions and/or general noise

Acts honestly and professionally, ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Strong customer service

Ability to work in teams

Adaptable and flexible

Willing to be assigned in Quezon City and BGC Taguig City

Amenable to shifting schedules
