2. Offers a wide variety of products and services that will match the needs of the customers.
3. Serves as a liaison between the customers and various departments.
4. Resolves the requests of the customers on the first contact whenever possible.
1. 18 years of age and above
2. At least high school graduate
3. Preferably with at least six (6) months customer service experience
4. Average to excellent communication skills.
5. Can work in shifting schedules.
6. Computer Literate
7. With good web navigation skills.
