• Monthly assessment of Korean CSRs and Leaders

• Monitoring and coaching for Koreans through phone, chat, and email

• Recommendation of ideas to improve the quality of customer service

Job Details:

Located in Makati City

P 85,000 – 90,000 Salary + Accommodation/Housing Allowance

Applicant Qualifications:

• Korean National

• Fluent in English

• Male or Female, 21 – 30 years old

• Graduate of any 4-year course

• Background in Customer Service

• Experience as QA is an advantage

• Must be willing to work on shifting Schedule
