Role Summary:

The primary objective of this role is for trainees to gain practical insight in specific business areas with exposure in related functions within same business unit or across the group.

All trainees are expected to:

Contribute knowledge, skills and positive attitude throughout the program

Grow constantly through active trainings, team work and discipline

Achieve a level of professionalism that creates a basis for onward placement at the end of the program

Basic Requirement


HND/BSc in any field of study

Excellent grade expected

Age: applicant must not be more than 30 years by end of December 2016

Flexibility: willingness to work in different business areas and other location in Nigeria when required

Specialization: candidates should have background or experience related to the following areas of specialization



Business development

Corporate strategy


General business (include roles in HR, Marketing, Supply chain, Sales etc.)
