H. Diagnoses of clients technical problems
I. Networking, trade and exhibition show, job fairs

3. PEOPLE MANAGED
Arborist Representatives are responsible for the relaying and management of job information and customer expectations only to the crews which perform the actual work. Project management of appropriate crews and equipment.
4. PRIMARY PEOPLE CONTACTS
A. Clients; daily- to service their needs. To establish, match and exceed their needs and expectations with our services in a profitable manner where ever possible. To ask for their help in finding new clients.
B. Prospects; daily- to establish in them a curiosity about our company so that they may want to find out more about our company and do business with us. To establish, match and exceed their needs and expectations with our services in a profitable manner where ever possible. To ask for their help in finding new clients.
C. Administrative Personnel; daily- information exchange and support to maximize time
D. Service Department Personnel; daily- information exchange and feedback from jobs, and scheduling of crews to maximize client satisfaction and profit.
5. PRE-REQUISITES FOR EMPLOYMENT
High School degree and prior related experience required. College degree preferred. Certified Commercial Pesticide Applicator helpful. Certified Arborist or Nursery Professional preferred. If not a Certified Arborist, must have ability to obtain it within 12 months.

Not taking no's personally, prospecting, paperwork, seasonal nature of business, meeting or exceeding goals.
Training salary, then base salary plus commission.
