RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handles customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries of customers of one of the biggest telecommunications company in the US.

Offer suggestions and sell a variety of products and services to meet the customer’s need

Resolves customer questions, complaints and requests on the first contact whenever possible.

Serves as a liaison between customers and various departments. May set up new accounts, maintain order records and prepare required reports.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
