Responsibilities:

Develops and implement employee programs to achieve desired engagement.

Understanding and participation in programs and process improvement related to increasing engagement

Supports on logistics preparations, Coordinates employee events with HR.

Requirements:

at least 2 years of experience in Events Management and Employee Engagement experience

Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center preferred

Exceptional people motivation, organizational and event planning skills

Excellent interpersonal/communication with all levels of management

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Amenable to assigned in Laguna

Can start as soon as possible
