Educational Requirements:

Must Have: Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent, advanced degree preferred

Skills and Work Experience:

Must Have:

• Minimum of 7+ years of marketing and/or communications experience

• Broad overall business acumen and knowledge of Accenture’s dimensions of business

• Broad understanding and skills in strategic marketing and communications, including digital marketing.

• Deep understanding of and ability to apply integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, brand strategy and positioning, and message development skills.

• Extensive experience leveraging digital and social channels to reach a desired audience

• Deep understanding of the millennial audience segment

• Strong consumer marketing and promotions experience

• Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace.

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills

• Strong project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Meticulous attention to detail, quality assurance

• Passion for executing deliverables and programs that are of the highest quality possible, fully support Accenture’s business strategy and are in line or exceed leadership expectations.

• Strong negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex or disputed issues

• Strong stakeholder management skills – working with senior leaders in Talent Acquisition, M&C, HR.

• Strong team building skills –working with diverse and virtual teams
