Position Summary:

Works under the general direction of the Facilities Manager to maintain office equipment and physical space for a single site. Handles building/equipment emergencies on an ongoing basis and serves as a liaison between company employees and outside vendors called in to fix problems. Responsible for the management of the daily services and processes that support the site. Ensures site provides the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities. Ensures day to day facility operations are completed, manages local stakeholders and communicates with business leaders on the overall operation status and service levels. Ensures work environment conducive with a safe and secure facility.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Engineering or equivalent

• 5 years’ experience in the related field.

• Solid background in facilities and vendor management in the BPO industry

• Demonstrated knowledge of contract management

• Good knowledge and understanding of relevant acts, laws, regulations, contract documentation and accepted industry practices in the Philippines

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude and high degree of self-confidence

• Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff and external service providers

• Flexible to work on shifting schedules as well as holidays
