Working Schedule: Shifting
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct calls and inquiries from Korean customer through non-voice
• Provide excellent customer service for Airline Account
• Attend new and existing customers through social media sites.
• Working Visa
• Health Insurance
• 15 Vacation Leave + 15 Sick Leaves
• 21% Night Differential Pay
• 13th Month Pay
• Korean National Living in the Philippines
• Can speak English
• At least College Level
• Background / Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
• Must be familiar with Social Networking Sites / Social Media
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• Can start working ASAP
