About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head of International Development, Strategic Consulting and Corporate Coordinator to join our team at Udyen Jain & Associates. You will be expected to travel regularly to Europe and Japan in order to manage all UJA’s market.

Working closely with our Managing Partner, you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities and securing contractual agreements with strategic partners in all sectors. We’ll expect you to own and shape this role, but you’ll likely spend time:

• Identifying & generating leads, developing propositions and closing deals to secure new partnerships with companies, firms, groups, chambers and event organizers.

• Developing partnerships through truly understanding your client’s needs and identifying new opportunities.

• Providing consulting and advisory services to fulfill our client requirements.

• Making certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves by coordinating work between the different teams in UJA.

• Managing your pipeline and reporting back on progress to the business.

• Formulating the market development strategy for our different markets.

• Identifying and communicating customer and market trends to enable UJA to anticipate and take advantage of market trends in a rapidly changing market.

• Working collaboratively with UJA teams and with local partners to identify new opportunities.

About you

This is a key role with plenty of scope, so it’s important that we find someone who can deliver on all the above. To do this, you’ll be educated to degree level (ideally MBA or MSc after Business School or Law school) and have:

• A proven track record of spotting opportunities, developing business and closing contracts with small and medium size company, firms, chambers and event organizer partners.

• A strong leadership is needed to coordinate all the teams in UJA

• An entrepreneurial, results focused, self-motivated business leader.

• A genuine passion for UJA’s strong social purpose and unquenchable enthusiasm for new propositions, internet solutions, digital marketing and building a new business.

• Innovative, mature, flexible, highly-collaborative individual who is willing to be creative

• Demonstrable experience of delivering multiple projects at a time and managing change in fast-moving environment.

• Experience in Advisory and Consulting to provide the best services to our clients

• Bags of confidence and the ability to pitch compelling and intelligent propositions to top management with ease (Managing Partner, Partners, HOD and event organizers)

• A natural entrepreneurial flair and insatiable self-motivation, you work at your best with minimal support and guidance.

• An instinctive can-do attitude, with a strong focus on results delivery

• Good command over English
