Job Position: OFFICE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Description:

We are currently seeking for an experience Manager for our office located in Moreno Valley, CA. While working with us, your responsibilities will include:

• To actively search out, quantify, estimate projects.

• Have knowledge of Construction / Landscape and Irrigation Bid-plans and Specs.

• Ability to do Takeoffs and assist with the bidding process.

• Knows how to create time frame for projects.

• Understanding of how to put job reports together.

• Individual will be working in a fast paced environment, must be a self-starter and be able to work on their own.

• Individual will be assisting with generic office assignments.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Management position.

• Have Knowledge in the Construction/Irrigation industry.

• Be Technically Proficient, willing to expand knowledge.

Is not required but is a plus: Knowledge of GPS-Surveying and Draft on AutoCAD.
