We are looking to bring on a Senior IT Recruiter Consultant to market for new clients and obtain new jobs orders. This is a remote position for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter/ Marketer.
Identify new clients to place IT candidates - both contractors and permanent. If you have client connections already, great!
Develop and implement a pipeline of both active and passive potential clients.
Social Media and cold calling to source clients is an important part of the job.
Minimum 5+ years in Technical Recruiting- specifically client development with end to end, high volume experience in staffing industry
Strong business ethics
Strong communication and inter personal, written skills and negotiation skills
The ability to multi-task and handle many critical client requirements simultaneously willingness to learn
Extreme self-starter and strong business development orientation
Very strong verbal and written communication skills are required
Negotiation skills required
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, drive to exceed
