Job Description

Administrative Assistant, Casino Marketing is responsible for cataloging and distributing information, assisting top-level business staff in maintaining their calendars, meeting agendas, preparing materials used in executive presentations, and travel arrangement. Executive Assistant, Casino Marketing is also responsible for screening and prioritizing mail and phone calls, researching and writing memos. Executive Assistant, Casino Marketing may also organize and maintain files and office libraries of books, papers and digital media.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handles all applicable paperwork and administration duties of the assigned

Maintains meeting calendars

Take meeting notes and maintain good meeting minutes

Maintain Casino Marketing Executives leave application & records

Perform document translation as needed

Assist Casino Marketing Executive in travel arrangement

Ensures that communications/ marketing material are properly circulated among the Casino Marketing department

Perform any book keeping or expenses consolidation for Casino Marketing

Coordinate or assist casino marketing division order office supply

Greet and screens visitors in person and on the phone, to ascertain nature of their business

Compose correspondence and written material

Enforces the privacy of all guests and limits requests for information about such guests in accordance with company policies. Ensure confidentiality of all casino information

Performs other related duties as requested

Duties or responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted by management to meet the needs of the department.

Qualifications

High School Graduate, college education preferred.

Experience in casino marketing or equivalent business background.

Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

Good organization skills

Good time management skills

Detail Oriented

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.

Read, write and speak English.

Tagalog/Cantonese/Mandarin/Japanese/Korean is an advantage.
