Our national client is looking to hire a talented & effective Training & Development Manager who will create and implement strategic training programs to support the business strategy.

The ideal Training & Development Manager candidate has:

• Experience in utilizing proven methodologies on Training Effectiveness

• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written

• At least 10 years’ of demonstrated expertise in the development and delivery of training products

• Master's Degree in Organizational Development or Human Resources with emphasis in Training and Development.

This Training & Development Manager is responsible for the following areas to train and enhance the capability and performance of the organization’s workforce:

• Assess the organization’s current training and development needs

• Design, implementation and evaluation of current programs

• Review and evaluate existing training

• Develop new training content

• Deliver training to individuals or groups of employees.

Location: The lovely city of Raleigh, NC

Minimum requirements for this Training & Development Manager position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development or Human Resources with an emphasis in Training and Development

• Minimum of 7 years’ demonstrated expertise in the development and delivery of training programs and services

• Must have presentation skills that leverage influence

• Background in managing Training Projects

• Ability of problem solving and critical thinking

• Demonstrated ability to lead classroom instruction, facilitate workshops – in a classroom setting as well as virtual

• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, Instructional design

• Demonstrated project leadership skills to manage complex projects and to

• Ability to develop innovative, creative ideas addressing training related problems, concerns and programs

• Ability to analyze and apply new training methods and applications

• Executive and management development experience, including consulting on organizational development, leadership development, change management and related strategies

• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications is required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
