Seasonal Customer Care Representative

This position reports directly to the Customer Care Supervisor.

Position Summary

The Customer Care Agent is responsible for assisting customers with placing orders, answering questions and resolving issues with exceptional customer service via phone and email.

Daily Operations

• Manage customer telephone calls and emails and other customer requests.

• Be aware at all times of any customer calls in queue.

• Provide customers with Paper Source product and service information.

• Process catalog requests and removals.

• Identify, research and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Follow through on resolution of any customer needs not immediately resolved.

• Recognize, document and communicate to supervisor trends and themes that emerge from the customer calls.

• Other duties as assigned.


• Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience, preferably in a Call Center environment.

• Demonstrated passion for the Paper Source brand and its creative process.

• Demonstrated time management organization and focus on ability to prioritize and multi task.

• Extreme attention to detail.

• Computer literate, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Flexible schedule Monday-Sunday 7:00am – 9:00pm. Full-time position available.
