• Effective pipeline management and follow up with leads.

• Handling customer service/client retention phone calls and emails.

• Develop customized solutions based on customer needs.

• Lead generation (some lead generation is provided)

• High School Diploma

• Bachelors preferred

• Outside sales experience highly preferred but not required

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Highly Organized

• Quick learner

• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Enjoy being part of a positive, goals-based working environment

• Valid CA driver’s license

• No felony convictions
