Front Desk & Administrative Duties
Serve as the first point of contact by greeting patients, answering phone calls, and providing a welcoming atmosphere.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes.
Verify insurance information, collect co-pays, and assist with billing documentation.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation for compliance and billing purposes.
Facilitate communication between patients, providers, and healthcare teams.
Manage front office workflow to ensure efficient daily operations.
Patient Experience & Team Collaboration
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
Contribute to a positive, high-energy workplace focused on quality care and operational excellence.
Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature.
Prepare patients for examinations or procedures by explaining processes and ensuring comfort.
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while following infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
Prior experience in a healthcare setting such as hospital medicine, urgent care, or outpatient clinics is highly preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology.
Strong patient service skills with a compassionate approach.
Ability to perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with medication administration and X-ray procedures.
