QuarterLine provides professional health care staffing services to military hospitals and health clinics across the United States. We are currently seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Excellent compensation and benefits package. Monday - Friday 7:30a-4:30pm. No on call, no weekends.

Compensation package includes a salary of $95,000.00 plus 4 weeks of paid leave and 10 paid holidays; 401k with employer match and access to medical, dental and vision benefits.


Must have 2 years of experience as a non-specialty Nurse Practitioner (FNP) within the last 3 years

A license for the advanced practice level

A Master's Degree in the specialty from a program accredited by a national nursing accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

A certification by a nationally recognized certifying body in the specialty.

Knowledge of professional care theories, principles, practices, disease process and procedures. Knowledge of a variety of pharmacological agents used in patient treatment, the desired effects, side effects, and complications of their use as well as the accurate administration of the pharmacologic agent, including dosage calculations as required.

Knowledge of the administrative requirements for proper documentation of patients condition including disease progress, acknowledgement of teaching, and follow up care.

Knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in the use of basic word processing, data entry and automated medical records.

Skill in setting up, operating and monitoring specialized medical equipment such as IV infusion pumps, cardiac monitoring devices, EKG units, oxygen analyzers, nebulizers, and other unit specific equipment.
