Act as key point of contact for the Taleo system and support the following activities - configuration, maintenance and escalation to the Global HRIS team.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree

• Required systems administration experience with the Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) for the Recruitment and onboarding modules, minimum of 3 years preferably with version 13 or higher.

• Must have a strong understanding of recruiting and HR processes and be familiar with HR and recruiting metrics.

• Must have a minimum of 3-4 years of HRIS experience (preferably implementing and supporting HR information system)

• 1 to 3 years of BPO / HR Shared Services work experience in either HR Operations or HR Systems role for a global multinational, blue-chip, professional or financial services organization

• Must be willing to work in Makati

• Must be willing to work on mid-shift and night shift
