The B2B Virtual Inside Sales Representative – Virtual role (remote or work from home office, your choice) for prospects and sells staffing, recruiting, and related administrative services into mid-market business directly to Hiring Managers.

This is typically done by phone/telephone and supported via the Internet, although no restrictions exist to in person visits to Hiring Managers. This includes both servicing existing customers as well as developing new business.

Qualifications Requirements and Preferences:

Recent, relevant, successful sales experience is required.

> A positive attitude is required.

> A willingness to learn the job via our on-line learning system, with tutorial videos and training documents is required.

> A commitment to connecting with (and presenting to) both current customers and new prospective customers is required.

> The demonstrated knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitude necessary to work independently, e.g., from your home office, or from any other work locations (a.k.a. virtual, remote, or tele-commute) of your choice, planning the work week and work day and then executing that plan – setting your own hours is required.

> Previous experience in selling of staffing, recruiting, or administrative services is preferred, by it is not required.
