I have a new client whose cutting edge Network Management software helps enterprises manage their complex networks and significantly reduces the time it takes to document and troubleshoot their business-critical networks.

My client boasts has over 1,300 customers worldwide and as they continue to grow globally, they are seeking professionals to assist in business expansion opportunities.

I am seeking a candidate who exhibits a passion for sales training, curriculum development, and instructional design who loves technology and staying up-to-date on the latest trends.

In partnership with the SVP of Sales and reporting to the VP of Sale Effectiveness, the Senior Sales Trainer Position presents a great opportunity for someone looking to help build out a Sales training program in response to a rapid sales expansion. This is a “roll up your sleeves”, hands-on position; full life cycle, from analysis, design and curriculum development to facilitation / delivery via in-classroom, e-learning and WebEx trainings.

The Senior Sales Trainer will start by learning the key values of my clients product and the current sales process.

After 1-2 months, you will be refining and improving the current sales training curriculum and conducting sales training for new hires. You will continue to augment the sales process and add corresponding training materials for the entire sales team.

In 4-6 months, you will be the expert on sales training who understands the core values of my clients product and can comfortably train new hires, while coaching seasoned enterprise account executives.

By 9th-12th month, you will become the go-to person for the sales organization for all training-related things. You will work with management to define sales performance evaluation metrics and implement a sales quality assurance program.

Lead the creation of sales messages and collaterals based on new releases.

Lead the development of new curriculum.

Responsibilities:

Analyze, evaluate, refine and develop sales training curriculum and training program.

Train, certify, and enable the global sales organization via face-to-face, e-learning, and Virtual Instructor Led Training.

Monitor and improve sales team performance by refining processes and training.

Work with management team to define performance evaluation metrics and participate in team and individual sales performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree.

*Experience training enterprise software sales representatives.

*Experience developing and modifying sales curriculum.

*5+ years of direct sales experience in a B2B enterprise software sales environment.

*Able to learn new technical concepts quickly and translate those concepts to valuable business propositions.

*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
