Director of Clinical Administration - HCHWC

Harbor Care Homes Wellness Center (HCHWC), a Federally Qualified Health Center in Nashua, NH, is seeking an experienced, innovative Director of Clinical Administration. This Director will manage medical, operational, financial and administrative services provided within HCHWC; including oversight of two locations, 27 employees, 14 providers and a $4 million budget. The Director is responsible for leadership and performance of HCHWC, including governance, organizational effectiveness, program development, communications, advocacy, community outreach and QA/QI programs.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, finance, business administration or related field of study, Master’s degree preferred. Minimum three years of successful management and/or clinical experience in a FQHC is required.
