Swamp Fox Entertainment Complex is seeking a restaurant and bar manager for the Fox Hole Bar and Grill. A minimum of 4 years experience as a manager in the food/beverage industry required.
A qualified candidate must be:
Knowledgable in high volume kitchens and bars, including both front and back of house
Experienced in taking inventory and placing orders with food/beverage delivery service
Capable of leading a kitchen crew, bar staff and servers by training them to meet company requirements while implementing the company culture.
Experience with Meridian Star POS a plus but not required.
Able to communicate clearly and efficiently in person and in correspondence
Able to manage restaurant and bar during normal day to day operations and be able to switch into high gear during events at the complex for crowds up to 30,000 people.
Experienced in the application screening process, as well as hiring process.
Have any safety certifications or training required by the state or federal laws to work in a kitchen. Either have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification for food and alcohol sales.
Provide references from previous work experience in the food and beverage industry
