Salary: P 100,000 - P 130,000 Negotiable

Location: Quezon City

Requirements:

• Fluent in Japanese (speaking, reading and writing)

• Can speak, write and understand English

• Preferably with background in customer service or BPO

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder / High School Graduate

• Willing to work on shifting schedule and holidays

Responsibility:

• Should monitor and answer inquiries of customers via email

• Resolve the problems and issues of the customers

• In charge in ensuring service standards

• Must finish the target and coordinate with the whole team
