Description:

Maintain existing financial systems including petty cash, expenses, mileage claims,income & expenditure records, process all payments through Cashflow and monthlybank reconciliation.

Work with the Development Manager to improve existing systems to reflect biggerstaff team.

Log and submit all claims to appropriate funding body (multiple funders) andmaintain all relevant paperwork in good order

Provide Management Committee with full monthly financial report

Assist in the preparation of annual accounts

Assist with project financial related work as required

SKILLS

Strong administration & financial background

Excellent understanding of using Microsoft word

Excellent experience of Excel

Experienced in customer service

Ablity to multi-task

REQUIREMENTS

Must have degree in the related field

Must have 3-5 years of experience

Must be residing in lagos
