For the convenience of our communities, we offer an extensive network of Physician Office practices and locations throughout the state of Georgia. We handle a wide variety of health concerns, ranging from primary to specialty care.

Service Area Overview

Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Cancer Program will be aligned within our Cancer Institute program as a subspecialty program supporting our multidisciplinary, disease-specific approach to cancer care.

Position Description

Physicians will have expertise in the treatment of patients with rare and complex cancers, utilize advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies, offer early phase clinical trials and provide access to disease-specific support services designed to enhance the patient experience.

Our Cancer Institute has a strong foundation for a HPB and Pancreatic Cancer Program resulting from the integration of multiple related specialties. The Program will include dedicated members / subspecialists from interventional radiology, anesthesia, gastroenterology, radiation oncology, medical oncology and pathology. Our commitment is to develop an outstanding Program will include clinical/operational resources along with disease-specific program resources.

Position Requirements

Minimum of 3 years management experience in business, nursing, or healthcare related field

Demonstrated ability to set priorities, coordinate diversified and multiple activities, and make appropriate clinical and managerial decisions.

Possess advanced problem solving and team building skills.

Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Education Required

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Licensure and Certifications

RN licensure - Required

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field - Preferred

Physician practice or other ambulatory care setting management experience – Preferred

Computer knowledge experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Preferred

Implementation and maintenance of an electronic medical record - Preferred
