• Designing, planning and implementing plant human resources programs;

• Administration of corporate policies including compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, health and safety, etc.;

• Ensuring compliance on legal requirements and government reporting regulations;

• Recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selecting employees to fill vacancies;

• Conducting new employee orientation;

• Personnel records and benefit plans recordkeeping;

• Employee relations;

• Conducting wage surveys;

• Employee separation notices and conducting exit interviews.

Education: 4-year degree required.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of related human resources experience;

• Government regulations;

• Employee Relations;

• Recruiting and hiring;

• Salary and benefits programs;

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
