The Associate Quality Engineer will assist with technical activities related to production engineering of our compounding lines, packaging, quality control and warehouse management.

Routine quality control monitoring and testing.

Approving/disapproving product, managing production records, and final product control.

Providing statistical analysis of quality control data.

Communication of inventory to main office and investigating discrepancies.

Managing job work orders for operators.

Troubleshooting process issues

Improving efficiencies for production.

Manage research & development projects and testing.

Minimum 4 year degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science and Engineering

Performs duties in safe manner with strict adherence to all training protocols.

Experience in plastics engineering with knowledge of extrusion, injection molding and

compounding is a plus.

Experience with quality control.

Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing

Comfortable working both individually and on a team.

Ability to lead, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.

Knowledge of ISO, GMP, Six Sigma and FDA requirements is preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication and attention to detail.

Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills a must.

Good judgment and diplomacy.

Bachelor's degree required.
